Privacy & terms
Last updated: 2026 · This covers the waitlist only. See the full app privacy policy for how the Satio app handles your data.
Short version: you give us an email so we can tell you when Satio is ready. We don't sell it, and you can leave whenever you want. The longer version is below.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- A referral code and your position in line, so the waitlist works.
- Basic, anonymized analytics about how the page is used (Google Analytics).
We don't ask for your name, and we don't collect any health or food data on this page. That only ever happens inside the app, once you choose to use it.
Why we collect it, and how we use it
We use your email for two things: to send your 3-day reset guide right after you join, and to let you know when your spot opens up. That's it. No weekly newsletter, no drip of promotions you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
We use a couple of trusted services to run the waitlist:
- Supabase stores the waitlist (the email and position).
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) sends the welcome email and launch updates.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.
Keeping it, and deleting it
We keep your email until launch, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. To unsubscribe, use the link at the bottom of any email. To have your details deleted entirely, email hello@satio.app and we'll take care of it.
A few terms
Satio isn't released yet. Joining the waitlist reserves your place and the founding-member offer described on the homepage; it isn't a purchase, and nothing is charged. Founding-member pricing applies at launch to people who joined before then. Timelines and features can change as we build, and we'll be honest with you when they do.
